Vocational Education and Livelihood Generation
Through vocational education and training, Mega International encourages youth and women to become employable and earn an income. The organization's capacity-building programs cover vocational skills, entrepreneurship, computer skills, and livelihood development, thereby enabling the beneficiaries to be economically self-dependent. The organization takes into consideration the employment options available in the community and helps them build vocational skills in order to create sustainable livelihoods for themselves. Through vocational education and capacity building, Mega International provides them with the means to become more employable and earn a livelihood.

Empowerment of Women and Skill Development
The empowerment of women in relation to skill development and vocational training forms an integral part of the Mega International mission. Our efforts involve offering effective training in different trades and livelihood improvement, which leads to increased self-confidence and the acquisition of valuable skills. We facilitate the participation of women in the processes of socio-economic development by giving them opportunities to establish sustainable livelihoods through the development of capacity and entrepreneurship. In this process, the beneficiaries acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure improved standards of living and contribute effectively to the well-being of themselves and their communities.

Community Health and Sanitation Awareness Programs
Mega International ensures the creation of healthier societies by initiating health awareness, sanitation awareness, and preventive healthcare programs. In our programs, emphasis is laid on educating people and families about hygiene, diet, prevention of diseases, and leading a healthy life. Our efforts to raise awareness through community health programs and health awareness campaigns enable us to educate people about safe sanitation practices and health-related matters. Our special target group includes women, children, senior citizens, and vulnerable groups of society that lack knowledge regarding health issues. Such programs help in building healthy and developed communities in Bihar.
